A mutual agreement on a resignation can be made for a number of reasons the job simply not you fit the right time to continue, but by writing your resignation letter after chatting with your manager, it is much easier to write because you have a valid reason to leave that your manager is already fully aware. The worker, like the employer, is required to dismiss on the day of the first submission of the resignation letter.
